Concrete prep that makes coatings stick
Coatings fail when they are rolled over dirty or sealed concrete. We clean and degrease the slab, open up the surface so the coating can bond, and repair cracks and pits before anything is applied.
Options for your floor
We can apply a solid-color epoxy coating, add decorative color flakes for texture and to hide dirt, and finish with a clear topcoat for extra durability. We will recommend the right system for how you use your garage.

Frequently asked questions
How long before I can park on a new garage floor coating?
It depends on the product and the temperature. We will give you exact walk-on and drive-on times for your floor, and you will need to keep vehicles off until it has fully cured.
Will road salt and hot tires damage an epoxy floor?
A properly installed coating resists salt and hot-tire pickup far better than bare or painted concrete, which is one of the main reasons homeowners in our climate choose it.
Can you coat a basement or shop floor too?
Often, yes. Basements, workshops and other concrete floors can be coated as long as moisture coming up through the slab is not a problem. We check for that during the estimate.
